Dr. Ruban is a computational biologist with over three years of postdoctoral research experience, specializing in Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) and Structural Bioinformatics. He has served as the Principal Investigator of an ICMR-Research Associate Fellowship Project at ICMR-NIVCR (formerly VCRC), Puducherry, where he gained extensive experience in leading independent research initiatives. His expertise encompasses high-throughput virtual screening, molecular dynamics simulations, and comprehensive protein–ligand binding analyses, with a strong focus on computational approaches to drug discovery.
